I worked with Lily to increase my strength and to rekindle my joy for working out. I'm an active person but have stayed away from strength training in the past as something I didn't understand. Thanks to working with Lily I was able to crush it on the slopes this past winter and am enjoying my outdoor activities even more than before!

Materials Needed:

2 weights
mat
resistance band
water
​towel

*all workouts can also be done bodyweight without materials*
Before beginning this workout assess your current ability levels.

You are the expert in your own body so please respect your limits and do not perform any movements that you don't feel safe doing. 
If you feel uncomfortable performing any moves in this session do not continue.

Do not start this fitness program if your physician or health care provider advises against it. If you experience faintness, dizziness, pain or shortness of breath at any time while exercising you should stop immediately.
