After reading "Strong Curves" in 2015 I changed how I structured my own training and that of my clients. This book is a great way to learn WHY building strong glutes are so incredible important. It's not just about aesthetics...it's also essential to your back, pelvic floor, and overall health! I recommend reading "Strong Curves" and getting the bands listed below- your body will thank you!
