Hi- I'm Lily! Before becoming a trainer and coach I was a public school teacher in Boston. For years I struggled with over-exercising, binge eating and a disordered relationship with food and my body. I know how important it is to maintain health inside and out and I'm here to support you as you get strong and quit dieting.
My question is...What if your approach to health felt easy, yielded results and was fun? What if you could never diet again and live a happy, fulfilling life? For many years I struggled with yo-yo dieting, binge eating and an unbalanced view of food and my body’s worth. I even became a nationally qualified bikini bodybuilder and I was still unhappy with myself. This allowed me to realize it was never about what I looked like! I had lots of inner work to do and I’m now at a place of peace, happiness and equilibrium when it comes to taking care of myself. To date I have coached over 100 women worldwide and I want to help you find your own path while enjoying the process. I'm proud to have partnered with Title Nine Activewear as a corporate fitness coach, as a columnist for SCENE Magazine, and I've hosted events for ATHLETA Activewear. My passion is to help others reach their goals without blame, shame or dieting and I love the work that I do. |
