Lily is dedicated to improving lives by teaching others how to achieve long-term wellness results without blame, shame or dieting. In addition to coaching clients in the Bay Area Lily has served hundreds of women from Boston to Tokyo as a body positive virtual health coach. Women learn how to fuel their bodies with foods they love as they gain strength mentally and physically by lifting weights and empowering themselves! Lily's life mission is to promote the creation of balanced and vibrantly healthy lives where all women feel 'at home' and happy in their bodies.
Lily holds an Ed.M in Curriculum and Instruction from Boston University. She received her BS in Cultural Anthropology and Political Science from Northeastern University and conducted post-graduate work as an AmeriCorps and Teach For America corps member. She is also a nationally ranked and qualified bodybuilder who holds personal training and nutrition certifications from the National Exercise & Sports Trainers Association.
