My in-person coaching program combines personalized strength and cardio workouts, habit-building strategies, and intuitive nutrition guidance—all tailored to your goals and lifestyle. You'll get 1:1 support from me, Coach Lily, with the option to work alongside a registered dietitian. Let’s simplify your fitness journey and create results you can actually maintain.

Program Details:

In-person coaching is $75/50 minute session for 1 client, and $95/60 minute session for up to 2 clients. 

Payment can be made with a credit card, cash, or Venmo/Zelle.
