Hi, I’m Lily! I help busy people build strength, ditch diet culture, and create sustainable fitness habits that actually make life better.

Before becoming a personal trainer and health coach, I lived through the exhausting cycle of over-exercising, binge eating, and constantly feeling at war with my body. I know how overwhelming that struggle can be… and I also know there’s a better way.
