Hey there! You might know me as @lilybirdlifts– I’m an educator + diet-free health coach. I’m passionate about helping others reach their fitness goals while kicking diet culture to the curb! I’ve worked with clients across the world since 2016 and I utilize science-based approaches to provide weight-neutral fitness programming. Weight neutrality means defining “health” beyond ones body weight, and it doesn’t center body size or being thin as the main health goal. Clients receive customized support and guidance that utilizes strength training and diet-free nutrition practices. I know that everyone’s journey is unique- and my goal as a coach is to support you as you make sustainable changes as you reach your goals! |
