Hey there! You might know me as @lilybirdlifts- I'm a former educator turned diet-free health coach. I'm also a wife and mother of two based in the Bay Area of California.
For years I struggled with over-exercising, binge eating and a disordered relationship with food and my body. This was an exhausting cycle that dominated my life.
In order to find peace I knew that something had to change...for good! From here I became a coach that aligns with Health At Every Size- teaching others how to improve health outcomes without focusing on weight loss. Intuitive Eating is also at the heart of my practice & I'm passionate helping others reach their goals and improve their relationship with food.
