I worked with Lily to increase my strength and to rekindle my joy for working out. I'm an active person but have stayed away from strength training in the past as something I didn't understand. Thanks to working with Lily I was able to crush it on the slopes this past winter and am enjoying my outdoor activities even more than before!
I spent the last few years of my life traveling back and forth between two states (one where I live and work and the other where my family and friends live). It has been hard to keep a consistent workout routine when traveling sucks the life out of you, back and forth and back and forth. In 5 weeks I am feeling stronger than ever. I started the first week off using 5lb, 8lb, 10lb weights and have entered this 5th week pushing 15lb, 17.5lb and 20lbs for the various different exercises. My body craves waking up with the sore “I worked out” muscle feeling when I have taken a rest day or was traveling for the weekend and my gym routine has now become a habit!
